Simple, secure and comfortable.

Digitalisation is an important component of the sustainable activities of Raiffeisen Landesbank Südtirol. Customers are now offered the possibility to conclude loan agreements in Raiffeisen online banking by means of a digital-remote signature. In order to illustrate the simplicity of the new service, we developed, designed and produced a tutorial that explains the advantages and the individual steps in an appealing, simple and quick way.

Fonts

 

The sans serif corporate typeface and, as a contrast, a very striking serif typeface are used, both of which have already been used in the Raiffeisen Landesbank sustainability report.

Colours

 

The motto of the tutorial is "Sustainable together". We adopt the corporate colour green of the Raiffeisen Landesbank and the colour turquoise blue.

Character

 

The two characters, the bank advisor and the customer, are kept neutral so everyone can identify with them. The bank employee wears clothing from the bank's colour design.

Screens

 

The screens for the actual tutorial in the middle of the film have been very simplified. Only the most important items are shown to enhance focus.

Icons

 

The animated icons visualise the information and thus contribute to a better understanding. The line icons are in the two corporate colours.

Ambience

 

The reduced ambience, designed only with lines, creates an atmosphere without distracting. The leaves, symbol of sustainability and well-being, reach into the picture from the lower corners.
